Sarah, I’ve been seeing all your posts on instagram about the house and i watch the video you sent to my parents. I cried. I’ve had so many memories in that house and i see as two houses. one where I grew up with my grandmother and the other where i spent my high school and college years. we moved around a lot so i never exactly had what you would call a childhood home. But that house was it. it was my childhood. I watched the video and i’ve never seen it look so beautiful. all the feature were still there but it was brighter and i could remember in quick seconds all the memories i had in each room. the bathroom downstairs is where my grandmother hid the giant stuffed gorilla in the shower because i was scared of it. We never found an easter egg my Grandma his one year so keep your eyes open. The downstairs play room was custom painted to look like the top of a castle by a cousin for me and Cypress. I had my first kiss in the driveway.

All these memories made it very hard to part ways and i was not happy about it at first. Seeing the way you handled the house with dignity and care made me so emotional (in a good way). thank you for everything you’ve done for my parents and making sure those memories are cherished and not forgotten, but also making room for new memories for another family.

I just wanted to drop a note for anyone considering selling their home right now.

Due to a separation we decided to sell our home which I was nervous about but it seemed like the only fair way to split up the assets. It was an emotional time getting the house ready and patching over all the memories and it could have been stressful and overwhelming but it wasn’t.

We first met Sarah 3 years ago when we purchased our first home in Federal Way. She had been recommended by a friend. We were renting in Seattle at the time and really struggling to figure out where we wanted to relocate. Sarah was unbelievably patient, knowledgeable and accommodating to our sporadic schedules, as we contacted her to see properties as they came on the market. She also sent us listings that helped us refine our search. She was always a calming, professional presence in helping guide us through our process of looking at different styles of houses and areas. As time passed, we kept refining our search until she helped us find our home, and then guided us through the closing process.

Fast forward three years later – due to changes in our life we had to move again and found ourselves in the same mindset of not knowing exactly what area we wanted to move to. And this time, we now had a home to SELL at the same time. This was very scary for us - the notion of buying a home and having our current home potentially linger on the market and having to pay two mortgages. Once again – she was completely available and ALWAYS patient and accommodating to our schedules. Calming, reassuring, knowledgeable. And once again, she helped us find another great home.

And this is where I have to really sing Sarah’s praises. She took care of making sure the home we needed to sell was as spruced up as it could be before putting it on the market (it was an older home that needed some refreshing). She also advised us to stage the house for potential buyers and it looked AMAZING. Better than when we first had seen it! The house was on the market for two days and we got an offer above our asking price.

"I cannot say enough positive things about Sarah!

We first met Sarah at an open house she was running for a friend of hers. At that time, my girlfriend and I were just out looking at homes for fun. We had a condo at the time, and while we wanted to sell it and buy a new home, we weren't really sure if the market was right. Flash forward to a month later, and we'd sold our condo and were moving into our new home!

Sarah was fantastic throughout the whole process! This was my second home purchase, and my first home sale. As this was my first home sale, and my girlfriend's first foray into real estate; we had a lot of questions for her. Sarah was always there with answers no matter how simple or complex the question was. She made us feel so comfortable the entire way. We never once felt pressured, or feel like customers; it felt like we were her friends.

Sarah is such a hard worker too! She was always in constant contact. Some days I'd hear from her at 7 in the morning and again at 10 at night. Not only does she do a great job at keeping in touch, she's also very prepared and well organized. When it came time to list our home, she sat down with us and came up with a list of things to do, and set the order in which they'd be completed. She took care of everything she could on her own, and the things that required us to do; she had lists of people to contact to help us with exactly what we needed to do.

Sarah did such an outstanding job at getting our home ready for sale. She helped us find some amazing housecleaners, a great photographer, and had our home staged perfectly. It was so good, that we listed the home at 8AM on a Thursday morning, and had is sold by 7PM that evening for well over asking! This came as such a relief to us, as she'd helped us to get the seller of our new home to take an offer contingent to the sale of our condo within two weeks of the time we made the offer. We didn't have much time, but we didn't need much time thanks to Sarah.

As I said when I started this review; I simply cannot say enough positive things about Sarah. If you have an opportunity to work with her; do it! She will work at whatever pace you need, and will make sure you don't have to worry about a thing. I've already recommended her to all of my friends, and some day when we decide it's time to move again, I will be calling Sarah."

"I found Sarah through a local Facebook group. My family had an interesting list of needs to meet, but she assured me she could do it, and she did!!!

Our first meeting, she came to our home, met our children, and even held and burped our baby! She was like a dear family friend that we'd known for years. She asked us in detail what we were looking for, what was most important, what we expected of her as our agent, ect. She was so easy to talk to and I felt like she was perfect to help our family!

We only had to look at 3 homes before we submitted an offer. My favorite question she would ask after looking at a home was "What did you think, on a scale of 1-10?" Once we found our "10", she got right to work drafting an offer. It was a unique situation, and our first offer was rejected. But for our second offer, she suggested adding an escalation clause (which I had never heard of before) and it ultimately won the bidding war and the house for us- for almost $20K less than our first offer!!

Sarah stayed in constant contact over the next few weeks, meeting me for the inspection (and feeding my baby while I walked through the home with the inspector!), getting answers from the seller's agent, keeping in contact with our lender and escrow to keep us up to date on the progress of the approval process, everything!!

Sarah is nothing short of amazing. I have not one single complaint and wish that I needed to buy/sell more homes just to hang out with her more! I will highly recommend her every opportunity I get! Thank you so much for everything, Sarah!!"
