Hi, I’m Ann, an East Coast native now proudly rooted in West Seattle, where I live with my partner Craig and our adorable rescue pup, Kumo. I’ve always been drawn to the water, and there’s something about the rhythm of the coast, the calm it brings, and the beauty it inspires that continues to ground me—both personally and professionally.
Before stepping into the world of real estate, I spent years thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced industries—including theater, film, and fashion.
