A Year In Review

As I reflect on this year in business, I am incredibly proud of what was accomplished, both professionally and personally. Over the course of the year, I had the opportunity to help 34 clients successfully buy and sell homes, reaching a total sales volume of $28,308,000. In a competitive market, my clients’ homes sold for an average of 1.5% over list price, while the broader MLS averaged 1% under list price. This is a clear testament to thoughtful pricing, strategic marketing, and strong negotiation.

Beyond the numbers, this year marked several meaningful milestones. I stepped into the role of Managing Broker and grew Cloud City Homes from 2 to 5 talented, savvy brokers, strengthening both our team and the level of service we provide.

We had the privilege of guiding 10 first-time buyers into their very first homes and helping three empty nesters downsize into spaces that better matched their next chapter.

Relocation continued to be a major theme, with five families moving to and from Texas, California, Bellingham, and Florida, each with its own story and set of emotions. Some chapters closed while others opened. Three clients navigated heartfelt goodbyes while stepping into exciting new beginnings. In the midst of it all, there was joy as well. Four brand new babies were welcomed, with another soon to join the extended Cloud City Homes sphere.

I am also especially proud that this work allowed me to give back, with $4,586 donated over the course of the year.

At its core, this year was not just about homes sold. It was about people, relationships & meaningful life moments that I am grateful to be a part of.
