Cloud City Homes Is Participating in the Polar Plunge & 5K — Join Us
At Cloud City Homes, we believe being part of a community also means supporting it. This year, our team is participating in the Polar Plunge & 5K to benefit Special Olympics Washington, and we would love for others to join us.
The event raises funds for year-round sports, health, and leadership programs for athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Washington State. It is a simple, meaningful way to support an organization with a strong local impact.
What the Event Involves
Participants can choose to:
Walk or run the 5K
Take the Polar Plunge
Participate in both
Each participant fundraises toward a minimum goal, with all proceeds going directly to Special Olympics Washington. Whether you take part in the event itself or focus on fundraising, every contribution helps support the athletes and programs involved.
Why We Are Participating
This is not about pushing limits or making a spectacle. It is about showing up and contributing to a cause that matters. We wanted to open this up to our friends, clients, neighbors, and community members who may want to participate alongside us.
You do not need to be a runner or comfortable with cold water to be involved. Participating at any level helps support Special Olympics Washington and the communities it serves.
